How to Apply
Dip your entire brush into water and remove any excess water by daubing the tip of the brush onto a towel, you now should have just the right amount of water to allow you to pick up your one stroke colours at once by brushing your brush from one end of the split cake to the other without getting your one stroke split cakes muddy and flooded.

Caution:
